Welcome to my Surf Photography portfolio
My name is Kevin Kielty. I'm a freelance surf and sports photographer, living in Southern California.
My surf shots have won multiple awards in some of the top photo competitions around the globe. Most recently, I was a semifinalist in the Red Bull Illume Image Quest 2023. Additionally, I was awarded gold medals in the 2023 reFocus Color Photography Contest, the International Photography Awards and the 2022 World Sports Photography Awards. I was also ranked number one on MPB.com's list of the Top 10 Amateur Sports Photographers of 2022.
There is literally nothing I would rather do than head down to the beach before dawn (locally, or some sandy paradise far, far away) and spend the entire day catching all the action on the water. You can't beat a West Coast sunrise shoot!
